10 Layouts In 2 Days!

I'm working on getting caught up on my scrapbooking. I did 10 pages in 2 days! Yay!
All the details and more pictures on Mary's Crafting Spot !! My goal for this week is to get caught up on my granddaughter's scrapbooks. I hope I can do it. If you  click on the photo's it enlarges them so you can see the details better.

 

Quilled Sea Horse Card

I've been quilling away here and I have another card for you.

I used the Create A Critter Cartridge.

The designer paper is Splash Dance paper by Imaginisce.

I thought the rub ons went really well with this card.

Quilled Ladybug Card

I am having so much fun quilling my die cuts. Here's a ladybug card I did this afternoon.

The Ladybug is from Create A Critter Cartridge Cut at 1".

Paper Quilling With Create A Critter Cartridge

I saw some paper quilling kits. I have some paper quilling supplies here. So I thought why not paper quill with some die cut images. So I looked through my Create A Critter handbook and came up with a couple of animals to quill.

First I used my Gypsy to flood fill the colors I wanted from the Create A Critter cartridge.

I cut them out on my imagine at 3-1/2".

Next I used the die cuts as a template for quilling this butterfly.

Now I have the quilling done and it is ready to be assembled to the base of the butterfly.

I used  dimensional

 to pop up the butterfly wings

Before I placed the wings on the base of the butterfly

I ran the wings through my Sizzix big shot and embossed the wings.

Next I placed the wings on the base of the butterfly.

Next I glued in the quilled papers.

I used dimensionals to pop up the butterflies body.

I used glossy accents over the embossed area to pop out the embossing.

Here's the giraffe I did with Create A Critter Cartridge.

I cut this at 4".

Here are these 2 cuties together.

It really didn't take all that long.

I am not a professional quiller.

Actually this is my first try using my quilling supplies.

We are having a lovely spring day.

Everything is in bloom and smells so good.

Floral Card

I amaze myself sometimes how working with different products I get totally different results. I am liking the results I am getting from Tim Holtz and Sizzix products.

This card was made with the Tim Holtz tattered floral die.

The papers I used are from the Mariposa Stack by DCWV.

I used a florish stamp set to make the florishes. I don't remember the name of it.

Easter Treat Basket

I made a little Easter Treat Basket. I designed the basket on the Gypsy. Then used a Martha Stewart Punch to decorate the outside.

Card Size - 5" x 5"
Take a 10" x 5" Piece of paper Score in Half. The front of the card score at 2-1/2" and fold.
Cricut Cartridge -
Create A Critter - Duck And Grass - Duck Cut at 3-1/2" relative size, Grass Cut at 1-1/2" relative size.

Todays Snow Storm

I took some pictures of the snow storm where having today. Look at the size of these snowflakes.
I have never seen snow flakes this big before. This is what the song must of meant "It's A Marshmallow World In the Winter". It really does look like Marshmallows on the ground. We're having thunder too.
It's pretty but I want Spring!
